Scope of services
Services are provided under an agreed statement of work covering delivery type, geography, service levels, volumes and rates. Where no bespoke agreement exists, these standard terms apply.
Client obligations
Clients must supply accurate order, product and consignee data, and ensure goods are packaged suitably for two-person handling and in-home installation.
Access and safety
Deliveries and installations are completed where safe access is available. Our teams may decline work where access, structural or health and safety risks cannot be managed.
Claims and liability
Damage and loss claims must be raised within the agreed notification window and supported by proof of delivery evidence. Liability limits are set in the commercial agreement.
Storage and charges
Warehousing charges are based on agreed space, handling and throughput measures. Extended storage of undelivered goods may attract additional charges.
Term and termination
Agreements run for the contracted term with notice periods as specified. Either party may terminate for material breach following a remedy period.
