Data we collect
We process business contact details from enquiries, and delivery contact details supplied by our retail and manufacturer clients so that deliveries and installations can be completed.
How we use it
Delivery data is used to schedule, complete and evidence deliveries, including notifications, tracking and proof of delivery. Enquiry data is used only to respond to your enquiry.
Lawful basis
We rely on contract performance for delivery data and legitimate interests for business enquiries. Marketing communications are sent only with consent and can be withdrawn at any time.
Retention
Delivery records, including proof of delivery images, are retained for the period agreed with the client and required for claims and audit purposes, then securely deleted.
Sharing
We share data with the client whose order we are delivering, and with sub-contracted partners where required to complete a delivery. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data. Where we deliver on behalf of a retailer, that retailer is the data controller and we will pass requests to them.
